HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
All refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Your refund request will be processed instantly after receiving the returned goods. However, it may take 5-7 business days for it to display on your payment method statement.
HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT
In the unlikely event of a problem, our UK team is on hand to fix it quickly. For us to do this, faults must be reported to us as soon as you notice them.
Here’s how to report a fault:
- Contact us at Support@mapleystore.co.uk.
- We will provide you with a returns form and free postage label.
- If we are satisfied that the fault is ours (i.e. the item was not of satisfactory quality, fit-for-purpose or as described), we will reimburse the cost.
Before returning any item, you MUST contact us first to explain the reason for the return. You will then be issued with a return address to send the goods.
We may, in certain circumstances, determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.
If you aren’t required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified at the time of contact.
If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance by emailing Support@mapleystore.co.uk
Please Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return and refund.
WILL I BE REFUNDED ANY RETURN POSTAGE COSTS?
We’ll refund your return costs on items sold up to our standard delivery option cost, if:
you received an incorrect item, or
you received a damaged item, or
you received a defective item
